For the first time ever, I forgot about Daylight Savings. I set my alarm for 8:00 so that I would be ready to leave for church at 9:15. And then I woke up when my clock said 7:45...and I realized, we were suppose to Spring Forward last night!
Which meant that I had 30 minutes to shower, dress, dry hair and apply makeup. Which is very difficult for me to do.
Happily, this is the mental note I have made:
When your husband convinces you to stay home from church, he may just surprise you with breakfast in bed! Mmm...french toast. I'm pretty sure The Lord will understand this once;)

Note to self...
If your last load of laundry on Saturday night includes all of your husband's jeans, be sure to have them out of the dryer before he gets dressed on Sunday morning.
Otherwise, he'll show up to church in shorts...even though it snowed last night.
